30 DAY = Items sold with a warranty are for hardware malfunction/defects only. It does not cover cosmetic damage or software issues. This means the item up for bid has been tested. Warranty period begins on the date the item is received.
BATTERY POLICY = We do NOT warranty batteries on any used devices. Most of our items are used equipment and it is priced as such. Batteries are fairly inexpensive to purchase new on eBay. Payment Information

RETURN POLICY We accept Returns on items that adhere to our warranty descriptions as listed above or for any errors on our part. We will attempt to replace the item for you. If we are unable to replace the item, refunds are of the total amount of the auction. No shipping charges will be refunded unless it is our error. Please understand that once an item has been received it must be first inspected. Once the item passes inspection, a refund will be submitted to our accounting department then given to the buyer.

2.The buyer agrees that: All items are shipped without insurance. It is the buyers responsibility to let us know if they want insurance on the item. Insurance cost is .00 for every insured, in increments. The buyer agrees that if no insurance is purchased and the item is not received or received damaged that no claim shall be brought against the seller.
3.We only ship to PayPal confirmed street addresses, no exceptions. No PO Boxes, APO, FPO or similar addresses.
4.The buyer agrees that the item fits the buyers purpose prior to bidding.
5.The buyer agrees that once we have delivered and shipped the item at USPS, UPS or FEDEX the item(s) delivery, handling, product damage, and non-delivery is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the seller from any claims arising out of any conditions after the item has been delivered to the place of shipment.
6.We only ship to the continental United States. The shipping price quoted is for the continental United States Only. All other locations will be charged extra. Out of county buyers agree to pay any additional charges that we ask them to pay including but not limited to import duties, shipping costs, packaging costs, time costs,  and other costs.
7.All our items are wholesale, overstock, unclaimed, foreclosure purchase or salvage goods. Most boxes have been opened for inspection and photos. If items are listed as new they may not come with original packaging.
8.The buyer agrees there will be no refunds for any reason.
