This is truly a unique piece I’d guess from the 1960s or 1970s. There is a lot of rust as it appears this was stored outside for years. See the photos to confirm the condition. It looks like there’s 21 different racks. Personally this would be a great item to repaint/repair as it is a really cool piece.
Measurements: 65” tall and widest part at the base is 11” wide.
