Upon research that could be a dead internal (replaceable) battery or it could just need a reboot from being wiped from its previous use. I was able to get to the reboot/diagnostic screen and the touchpad works as intended. I think it needs to be rebooted/reprogrammed via the SD port but I am sure and am not willing to go further in the testing. Does not include drawer key. The manual is available online for free. See photos for cosmetic condition/issues. Will ship exactly as photoed
