Unit powers on and posts to BIOS. Touchscreen is functional and hard-disk drive has been erased and vigorously tested to have all good sectors. There is no information or data on the drive. OS is not installed. What is included in the photos is what will be included. We cannot guarantee the fingerprint reader and the MSR(magnetic card reader) to be fully functionally. Unit is missing one of the bottom side panel that covers the power supply. Unit has scruffs on the exterior that does not affect the functionality.
