Conn Victor 22b 1957 Professional Vintage trumpet

Here we have a 1957 Conn Victor 22b Professional trumpet.  Completely original, including case, mouthpiece,Lyre and certificate of purchase.  There are no leaks whatsoever in this trumpet.  Comes with new water corks,felts and a #4 Conn mouthpiece.  This horn has a very solid straight forward sound.  The intonation is absolutely perfect!  This trumpet would make a Great Lead trumpet because of its projection, which I could describe as "Rifle like".  However all registers have great slots, the lower and middle register have a nice quiet smoky sound.  All and all its just a Great American made Solid trumpet which I guarantee is not going to fall apart or faulter like an overseas model will, in less than a year.  Think about this, a trumpet that has never been refurbished stood the test of time for over 64 years and still plays like the day she was bought !!  However, there are some slight tiny natural dings here and there but hardly noticeable, and not worthy of removal.  The brass tech said it might cause more damage, so just leave it be.  The pictures I took are completely untouched.  I took some outside and a few inside so you can get a good look at it.  95% of the lacquer seems to be well intact.  Also notice the bore size measures .440  Again a very easy blowing, fun to play trumpet.  You can't go wrong with this horn! It's been well taken care of and comes from non smoking household.  Good luck and God Bless!
